With a 20 million dollar capacity, our own equipment and ability to self-perform most of our work, we are able to provide competitive prices with quick response times. Our in-house design team and team of Architects and Engineers are well-versed in Government design-build, design-bid-build, lump sum and unit pricing contracts. Our estimators are trained and utilize 4 clicks/RS Means data providing transparent pricing. We also have multiple managers that carry OSHA 500, OSHA 40 and EM-385 safety certifications as well as NAVFAC and US Army Corp of Engineers QCM certifications. In order to provide more competitive prices and scheduling, we operate an 80,000 square foot steel manufacturing facility that is staffed with certified welders and produces PEMBs (metal buildings) as well as custom fabricated needs for any steel-related base work needed. We specialize in 5U construction and have served as a prime contractor and subcontractor on millions of dollars in construction projects funded by federal, state, and local government agencies.
